RDS For New Wheelchair Accessible Trail Subject of ConCom Meeting
In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 7:10 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Paul Funch of the Trails Committee to create a new wheelchair accessible trail and parking area. A portion of the work will occur within 200 feet of the Nashua River. The property is located at J. Harry Rich State Forest, off Nod Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 216-71.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
