Special Permits - Hammerhead Lot and Shared Driveway

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Sections 9 and 11, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 8:00 PM in the Town Hall (second floor meeting room) to consider the applications submitted by Donald and Mary Spigarelli for special permits to utilize the provisions of the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218 Zoning, Section 218-23.1 Hammerhead Lots, to create one hammerhead lot as shown on the plan entitled, "Plan of Land in Groton, Massachusetts, Prepared for Donald Spigarelli" prepared by Ducharme & Dillis, Civil Design Group, dated March 11, 2014, and Section 218-23D Shared Driveways to construct a shared driveway as shown on the plan entitled, "Shared Driveway Plan - Site Plan, Indian Hill Road, Groton, Massachusetts," prepared by Ducharme & Dillis, Civil Design Group, dated March 13, 2014. The proposed hammerhead lot and shared driveway are located at 99 Indian Hill Road, on property owned by Donald and Mary Spigarelli, Assessors' Map 222, Parcel 34, on the northerly side of Indian Hill Road.

Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk's office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
