PUBLIC HEARING: ConCom Hearing On Proposal for Footbridge

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Olin Lathrop of the Trails Committee to install a footbridge across an intermittent stream on land of the New England Forestry Foundation (Wharton Plantation). The property is located off Rocky Hill Road and Old Dunstable Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 243-18.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
