PUBLIC HEARING: Chamberlains Mill Definitive Plan
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Sections 81-U and 81-T, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 7:30 PM the Town Hall (second floor meeting room), 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Regulas Realty Trust, Robert Kiley, Trustee; for approval of the definitive plan entitled, "Chamberlains Mill, Definitive Subdivision in Groton, Massachusetts," prepared by Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, Inc., dated December 23, 2013. The proposed subdivision is located on land owned by Regulas Realty Trust, shown as Assessors' Map 233, Parcel 75, on the easterly side of Schoolhouse Road and northerly side of Lowell Road.
Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk's office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
