HEARINGS: Dunstable ConCom To Discuss House Replacement

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 7:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) for demolition of existing single family home and construction of new single family home on same lot. Request submitted and property owned by Scott McClory and located at 10 Lake Circle, Map 13, Lot 27-0. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).
