Hearing on Well Variances

Under the authority granted under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Groton Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 7:45 PM in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street (second floor meeting room) to consider an application submitted by David & Lisa Lariviere requesting variances from Sections 330-6, 330-7 & 330-9 of the Local Well Regulations in order to replace a shallow well on the property located at 145 Raddin Road on Groton Assessors' parcel 244-6.
Copies of the proposed variances are on file in the Board of Health's office in Town Hall.
