Hearing on Weed Treatment at Shepley Hill

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by the Groton Conservation Trust to treat invasive weeds at the Shepley Hill Conservation Area.  The property is located Off Longley Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 226-4.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
