Hearing On Tree Removal Near Wetlands

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 7:45 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Tim Brown to remove trees and extend the existing lawn area for installation of a swing set. A portion of the work will occur within 100 feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The property is located at 157 Wintergreen Lane on Groton Assessors' Parcel 218-13.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
