Hearing on Massapoag Weed Harvesting, Draw-Down

The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May, 15, 2013 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 7:35pm, to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Lake Massapoag Rod & Gun Club c/o Barbara Blanco for property owned by the Town of Dunstable/Dunstable Conservation Commission located at Off Pond Street Map 13, Block 50, Lot 0. The applicant proposes weed harvesting and storage as well as lake drawdown. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
