Hearing on Installation of Sewer-Force Main on Lowell Road

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 7:45 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Gail M. O'Connell (Estate of Rita M. O'Connell) to install a sewer force main within the 200 foot Riverfront Area of Martins Pond Brook. The property is located at 373 Lowell Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 233-75.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
