Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Dennis Murphy, Jr. (2-8 Hollis Street, LLC) to pave an existing gravel parking area and construct a new rain garden to treat stormwater runoff. The project is located at 2-8 Hollis Street (Assessors Map 112, Parcels 136 & 137). The work will occur within 100 feet of bordering vegetated wetland.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
