HEARING: Garage in Wetlands Buffer Zone
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by David Alexander to construct an attached garage to an existing single family dwelling, to include re-orientation of the existing gravel driveway and the removal of 2 trees within the 100' buffer zone. The property is located at 59 Baddacook Pond Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 242-1.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
