In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at 7:45 p.m. at Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, to consider the application submitted by Norman R. Robertson Living Trust for a Certificate of Appropriateness for construction of a new brick veneer chimney located at the southwest (rear) end of the house. Replacement of five 1 over 1 double hung windows in the rear of the house with 6 over 6 double hung windows with simulated divided lights to match the original structure at 179 Main Street (Assessors Map 113-Parcel 63).
