FAILED SEPTIC REPLACEMENT

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 10, at 7:00 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by Matthew Chapman. The proposed project is the replacement of a failed septic system for an existing single family home. The project address is 69 Boathouse Road (Groton Assessors Parcel 129-204). The proposed work will occur within 100 feet of Lost Lake.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
