Dunstable Hearing on Wetlands and New House
The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 9, 2013 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 7:40pm, to consider a Notice of Intent filed by and for property owned by Kenneth Tully/Robbins Farm Realty Trust located at 1054 Main Street (Lot 2-B), Map 10, Block 3, Lot 0. The applicant proposes construction of a single family dwelling, porch deck, 2 garages, driveway, subsurface sewage disposal system, well, wall and associated grading and utilities. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
