Dunstable Hearing On Subdivision

In accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Control Law, M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81-T and 81-U and provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 9 Special Permits, the Dunstable Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing on Monday, January 6, 2014, at 7:40pm in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level to consider the applications submitted by Carolina Properties for a Definitive Subdivision Plan and a Special Permit under Section 6.6 of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw for an Open Space Development. Plan is titled "Alexander Estates" prepared by "Stamski and McNary, Inc., dated November 26, 2013, showing twelve (12) lots off Hall Street and Lake Street on land owned by Carolina Properties, LLC whose address is P.O. Box 248, North Andover, MA 01845, Joseph R. and Gretchen Martorano whose address is Lot 6A Lake Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 and James F. and Amy K. Regan whose address is 44 Lake Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 - Assessors Map 13, Parcels 23, 22-1 and 22-2.

Copies of the plans are on file in the Office of the Planning Board and Town Clerk and can be viewed during regular office hours.
