Dunstable ConCom Hearing on Wetlands
At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 7:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to remove trees in the wetland buffer zone. Request submitted by (and property owned by) Larry and Rebekah Montague and located at 517 Groton Street, Map 8, Lot 24-0. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended). The RDA is on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
