Conservation Commission

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at 7:15 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.

The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Dorothy Janes for connection of an existing structure to the Town sewer system, at 116 Boston Road (Assessors Parcel 222-16). The work is located within Riverfront Area and Buffer Zone associated with Cady Pond Brook.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
