Public Hearing Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 12 at 7:35 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by John and Laura Masiello for the construction of three accessory residential structures and one residential structure at 65 and 65A Island Pond Road (Groton Assessors Parcel 246-32 & 32.1). The proposed work is located within the 100 foot wetland buffer, ACEC, and NHESP Priority Habitat.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
