Groton Conservation Commission

In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 10 at 7:30 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by the Amec Foster Wheeler for the installation of temporary monitoring wells and ten soil borings to the water table at 430 Main Street (a.k.a. the Conductorlab property - Groton Assessors Parcel 110-35).  The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
