Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:20 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by the Lagasse Trucking for septic system replacement with minor grading in the buffer zone at 119 West Main Street (Assessor’s Parcel 106-3).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
