Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Regal Brass Farm for the construction of a pole barn to enclose the existing dressage ring and to construct a replacement riding ring area. at 255 Old Ayer Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 222-46).
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall. Respectfully submitted,
