Public Hearing Notice

Special Permit Renewal – Section 218-26 Flexible Development

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by Gerald J. and Joan M. Croteau to renew a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-26 Flexible Development.  The project is located on three parcels on the northerly side of North Street (Assessors’ Map 229; Parcels 33, 34 & 35) between Wyman Road and the Dunstable town line.  The project would result in four single family homes and one triplex, for a total of seven units.  One of the triplex units would be affordable.  Project plans are entitled, “Bluestone Drive Condominium Site Plan, Groton, Massachusetts” prepared by Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, Inc., dated November 7, 2012.

   Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.  Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
