Special Permits – Hammerhead Lots and Shared Driveway

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by the Groton Conservation Commission under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-23.1 Hammerhead Lots, to create two hammerhead lots, and Section 218-23F Shared Driveways, to construct a shared driveway.  The proposed hammerhead lots and shared driveway are shown on the plan entitled, “Plan of Land in Groton, Mass. Prepared for Groton Conservation Commission” prepared by David E. Ross Associates Inc., dated April 2, 2019.  The subject property is located at 125 Martins Pond (Assessors Map 224, Parcel 15) on the northeasterly side of Martins Pond Road, and is owned by the Helen H. Trimper Investment Trust. 

   Copies of the applications and plans are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.  Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
