In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, to consider the application submitted by Joan E. and Patrick P. Parker-Roach for a Certificate of Appropriateness for two pre-fab structures to be installed behind the home at 113 Main Street. One structure is a chicken coop 6’2’’ l x 5’w x 6’ h. The second structure is a poultry pen 13’2’’l x7’8’’w x 6’6’’h. The structures will be painted the exact color of the home. Property owners: Joan E. and Patrick P. Parker-Roach 113 Main Street, Groton, MA.
