The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 5 , 2020 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, upstairs, to convene the hearing for the application of Chestnut Hills Farm, LLC, 40 Salem St., #12, Lynnfield, MA 01940 to appeal a zoning decision issued by the Building Inspector that an agricultural designation is not a zoning violation on Lot 233-33, 409 Martins Pond Rd., Groton, MA. Please refer to Section 218-33 and any other applicable section of the Groton Zoning By-Law. This legal notice shall publish at www.masspublishers. org.
