In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at 7:40 pm. Abuttersandinterestedpersons may participate in the Hearing by following the instructions which will be provided at the beginning of the meeting. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by Kilbourn Place, LLC seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 240 Main Street, Assessors Map 112-90-0, owner, Kilbourn Place, LLC to rehabilitate the front façade of the existing commercial structure. Property owner: Kilbourn Place, Groton, MA 01450 Assessors Map 112- 90-0.
