Non-Profits Partner with CoC for Popular "Taste of Nashoba"

Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce's 15th Annual "Taste of Nashoba Valley," sponsored by Hilton Garden Inn, Great American Grill, SpringHill Suites by Marriott & Devens Common Center will be held Tuesday, March 22, 5:30-8PM at the Lawrence Academy Stone Athletic Center in Groton. 

 

Nashoba Valley Chamber is committed to the development of a strong, healthy economy in communities where we live and do business. The Taste Committee will partner with local non-profit organizations, offering those selected the opportunity to sell tickets while raising funds for their organization. 

This year the Chamber is partnering with nine local organizations including:

Ayer Business Alliance (at J&S Business Products, 17 Main St., Ayer)

Ayer Fire Department  (at Ayer Fire Department, 1 West Main St., Ayer)

Ayer-Shirley Lions Club (contact Jen at North Middlesex Savings Bank, Shirley)

Friends of the Lawrence Library (at Lawrence Library, 15 Main St., Pepperell)

Friends of the Reuben Hoar Library (at Reuben Hoar Library, 41 Shattuck St., Littleton)

Groton Fire Department   (at Groton Fire Department, 99 Pleasant St., Groton)

Westford Historical Society & Museum (at 2-4 Boston Rd., Westford)

Roudenbush Community Center (65 Main St., Westford)

 

For each ticket they sell, ticket partners receive $5.  For the past several years Nashoba Valley Chamber has consistently given over $2500 back to the community through this event alone.

 

We anticipate about 40 food and beverage vendors to participate in this year's event.  Vendors are beginning to sign up. For more info visit www.nvcoc.com.
