Groton History Center Holiday Open House
Join us on Sunday, December 9 from 2-4pm as the Groton History Center welcomes you to the Boutwell House on Main Street for another Holiday Open House. This much anticipated, annual event showcases the recently renovated 1851 home of Massachusetts Governor George Boutwell and our latest exhibit. Stroll around the House decorated for the winter holidays as music played by local student musicians fills the Red Parlor. Stop in the dining room for cookies and in the kitchen for hot cider. Shop our table of local history books, Shaker boxes and pottery mugs for gift giving. Groton History Center events are always free to the public but donations are appreciated.
And...save the date of March 16, 2019, as we are busy planning another Wine Tasting Gala. You won’t want to miss this fun event, so mark your calendars. More information will be coming soon.
