CONTRA Dance at Groton Grange

Groton Grange #7 presents a traditional New England Contra Dance on Saturday, April 11, 7:30 - 10 p.m. at Historic Groton Grange Hall, 80 Champney St. This will be an evening of live music and dancing with Groton's own Contra Banditos along with caller Dudley Laufman. Dudley will teach traditional New England style contra, square, and line dances to the beat of old time fiddle tunes.

Beginners welcome, no experience or partner  necessary. Donation at the door $5, children under five years old free, family maximum $20. Refreshments provided. Groton Grange is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring the sustainability of Historic Groton Grange Hall, raising awareness of agricultural and farming issues, and providing green programs to our community.
