• St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 7 Faulker St., Ayer
At 4 pm  on Christmas Eve, the pageant People Look East, the story of the Nativity from the inside out, will be presented, followed by Holy Communion. 
The 9 pm Christmas Eve service will feature Festival of Lessons and Carols - tells of the fall of humanity, promise of a Messiah, and birth of Jesus through nine Scripture readings. Each reading is followed by anthems or carols that echo messages. Holy Communion is offered at this service.

• First Parish Church Unitarian Universalist of Groton
Christmas Eve Candlelight Services, Saturday, Dec. 24, 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
5:30 pm - includes Children’s Choir and an interactive story for all ages. 
7:30 pm -includes beautiful music of First Parish Choir.
Both services include carols and passing of candlelight while we sing Silent Night. Cider, Cookies follow both services. Caroling at 6:45 pm-plan to stay late after first service or come early for the second.
A Simple Christmas Morn.  Sunday, Dec. 25, 10 AM All are welcome for a simple, peaceful worship gathering.

• Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church
Christmas Eve Service - 80 Champney St. ,Groton. A Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held at 5 PM Saturday, Dec. 24.  There will be a half hour of caroling preceding the service beginning at 4:30 PM.  All invited.

• Union Congregational Church
Christmas Eve Candlelight Worship 5 pm—Family Worship (Especially for young)
Christmas Pageant and carols! A sermon, offering, and passing of light at the end of the service.
7 p.m.—Traditional (More adult family Service)
Includes Lessons and Carols, a sermon, offering and passing of light at close of service. Lots of music and full Christmas Story.
Christmas Day Worship
Sunday, Dec. 25, 11 a.m.
Carols, Communion and Cake - Celebrating Jesus’ Birthday! Christmas Day, worship service one hour later to give folks more time at home. Gather at 11a.m. for brief service of carols, Communion, Christmas story and birthday cake for Jesus. Bring kids, keep it casual!
New Year’s Day, Potluck Jan. 1, 4:30 p.m.
“Evening prayer,” which will have a more meditative and reflective feel with lots of music. Kids will stay in worship, as service will be no longer than 45 minutes. After worship, instead of Fellowship Hour, we will have a Potluck Dinner!
