The Groton Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the 1st floor meeting room of Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, to receive public comments on new Community Preservation Act proposals.  The CPC is seeking input from the public before making its decision on which of the proposals (if any) to recommend to Town Meeting for funding.  Recommendation by the CPC will be made to the 2024 Annual Spring Town Meeting where voters will decide whether or not to fund the project from the Town’s Community Preservation Fund.  Copies of the complete draft proposals are available at the Land Use counter located on the 2nd floor of Town Hall.
