Groton Hearing on Land Clearing Proposal, Townsend Road

Stormwater Management Permit
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 198 of the Code of Groton, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall (first floor meeting room) to consider the application for a Limited Stormwater Management Permit submitted by Chad Falardeau for land clearing as shown on the sketch plan prepared Chad Falardeau submitted with the application. The proposed project will be located on Assessors’ Map 203, Parcels 3 & 31, on the southerly side of Town Line Road and westerly side of Townsend Road.
Copies of the application and plans are on file in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting ADA Coordinator Michelle Collette at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
