Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by the Schwartz Family Trust for the removal of an asphalt parking lot at 279 Main Street (Assessor’s Parcel 112-62). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
