Groton and Sterling Light Depts. To Add Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution

LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 164 S56D, and Chapter 30 S39M, it is the intention of The Towns of Sterling Municipal Light and Groton Electric Light Commissioners on behalf of the Sterling Municipal Light Department and Groton Electric Light Department (“SMLD & GELD”) to procure the following: An Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Solution
Specification documents may be obtained at the Sterling Municipal Light Department administrative office, located at 50 Main Street, Sterling, MA 01564.
All questions should be directed to Jacqueline Lemmerhirt, Lemmerhirt Consulting at Jackie@ Lemmerhirt.com.
Proposals, both technical and cost, must be delivered via email and three (3) hard copies, both of which must be received by 3:00 PM ET on Thursday, December 5, 2019 (reference Section 2.10). Hard copy proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for An Automated Metering Infrastructure Solution”. The cost proposal must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope. Responses must be delivered to Sterling Municipal Light Department, 50 Main Street, Sterling, Massachusetts, 01564.
The Towns of Sterling Municipal Light and Groton Electric Light Commissioners may reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
