   The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 7:15 pm in the Town Hall, upstairs to convene the hearing for the application of the Sergio Valerio, 731 Martins Pond Rd., Groton, MA, for variance from frontage and/or a special permit to allow the alteration of a non-conforming lot/structure on Lot 104-7, 166 Pepperell Rd., Groton, MA.  Please refer to Section 218-20, 218-6 and any other applicable section of the Groton Zoning By-Law.  This legal notice shall publish at www.masspublishers.org.
