Now in its 41st season, Orchestra of Indian Hill will perform six classical concerts at Littleton High School Performing Arts Center Oct.-April.

Season highlights include Russian masterpieces Oct.17; an all-Mendelssohn program Nov. 14, featuring the Violin Concerto; French favorites by Debussy and Franck on Jan. 24; works that celebrate the Lincoln legacy on Feb. 21, including music from John Williams's "Lincoln" film score; classics of Beethoven, Mozart and Schubert March 12; and April 23 finale featuring classical and jazz selections.  In addition to Conductor Bruce Hangan's pre- and post-concert talks, this season features a series of Tues. evening Discovery Lectures related to concert themes. 

For chamber and jazz aficionados, Indian Hill offers five chamber music evenings at The Kalliroscope Gallery in Groton, opening with the Neave Trio in works by Bernstein, Korngold, and Dvorak Oct. 24. Plus, our Indian Hill Musicians series presents nine classical, jazz, and folk concerts, by our professional Music School faculty and Orchestra of Indian Hill players beginning with Russian piano works Oct. 9.
