Dunstable PB Hearing on Solar Arrays and Access Roads: Blodgett and Lowell Streets

PUBLIC HEARING

   The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 7:40pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street lower level regarding the application by Ryan Bailey c/o Borrego Solar Systems Inc. (BSSI) 55 Technology Drive, Lowell, MA 01851 for a Special Permit under Section 25 Solar Energy Systems of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw.  The system will include, but not be limited to, array fields enclosed by perimeter fencing, access gates, an access road, and concrete pad mounted transformers.  The parcels involved are: Parcel 13-25-0, 11 Cummings Rd, Tyngsborough, MA owned by H&G Realty Trust of 82 Kemp Street, Dunstable, MA 01827;  Parcel 21-3-0, 0 Blodgett St, Dunstable, MA owned by George McGovern of 147 Forest Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 and parcel 22-50-0, 0 Lowell St, Dunstable, MA owned by Robert Kennedy of 346 High St Dunstable, MA 01827.   

   Plans are on record in the Office of the Planning Board and the Town Clerk.
