Dunstable PB Hearing on Solar Array Fields and Access Roads, Pleasant and Groton Streets


   The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 8:00pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street lower level regarding the application by Ryan Bailey c/o Borrego Solar Systems Inc. (BSSI) 55 Technology Drive, Lowell, MA 01851 for a Special Permit under Section 25 Solar Energy Systems of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw.  The system will include, but not be limited to, array fields enclosed by perimeter fencing, access gates, an access road, and concrete pad mounted transformers.  The parcels involved are: Parcel 7-3-0, 446 Pleasant St, Dunstable, MA owned by Wesley & Jodi Goss of 446 Pleasant Street, Dunstable, MA; Parcel 8-43-0, 0 Pleasant St., Dunstable, MA owned by Goss Family Land Trust of 371 Hubbardston Rd, Templeton, MA 01468; 8-37-0, 0 Groton St, Dunstable, MA, owned by David L. Elias of 377 Groton St, Dunstable, MA and parcel 8-39-0, 0 Pleasant St, Dunstable, MA owned by Goss Family Land Trust of P.O. Box 22, Dunstable, MA 01827.   

   Plans are on record in the Office of the Planning Board and the Town Clerk.
