Dunstable PB Hearing on New Dwelling on High Street

The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 7:35 pm regarding the application by Judy B. Proulx for a Special Permit under Section 11.7 Backland Lot Requirement of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The application is to construct a single-family dwelling at 106 High Street, Dunstable, MA, parcel 17-120- 2 in the R-1 Residential zone. The property owned by Judy B. Proulx, Trustee of the Judy B. Proulx 2007 Revocable Trust will be served by a common drive located at 102 High Street. This hearing may be held via Zoom. Information on how to attend the public hearing will be published in the Planning Board agenda ( five days before the October 19 meeting.
