PUBLIC HEARING
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 7:35pm regarding the application by Gerald Gath for a Special Permit under Section 30 Recreational Marijuana Establishments of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw. The application is for Tier I Cultivation in two greenhouses that total 4,700 sq. ft. with a 1,585 sq. ft. barn providing working areas, office space, equipment and storage; all located at 48 Valley Street (in R-1 Residential), Dunstable, MA 01827, parcel 23-20-0 owned by Gerald and Martha Gath. This hearing may be held via Zoom. Information on how to attend the public meeting will be published on the Planning Board agenda (www.dunstablema.gov) five days before the October 5 meeting.
