Dunstable Hearing on Rod & Gun NOI to Remove Vegetation, Trees at Massapoag Pond Dam

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 2, 2020 by Zoom, 6:00pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Massapoag Rod & Gun Club for property owned by the Club and located on Off Pond Street, Map 13-50A-0. The applicant proposes to remove vegetation, trees and stumps and make improvements to the existing dam on Massapoag Pond. Work will be within the Riverfront Area and Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Inland Bank, or Coastal Resource Area. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
