Dunstable Hearing on Replacing Water Main Under Public Way

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

   At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 6:40pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to replace an existing 4” water main with a 12” water main under the public way, including connections to existing services and mains.  Work will be in the Riverfront Area and the 100-foot buffer zone of the wetlands.  Request submitted by the Dunstable Water Department.  Property owned by the Town of Dunstable and located on Pleasant Street from Pond Street west for approximately 1900 feet.  The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended). The RDA is on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.  Please call 978-649-4514 x230 for available hours.
