Dunstable Hearing on New Solar Energy Overlay District Bylaw Amendment

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 7:30pm in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, regarding proposed amendments to the “Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Dunstable” and the “Zoning Map of Dunstable, Mass.” pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 5, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as follows:
1) Adding a new Solar Energy Overlay Zoning District allowing for solar energy projects in certain areas of Town, including not but limited to parcels identified on the Town Assessors Map as 1-7- 0 (91 River Street), 21- 3-0 (Blodgett Street), 22-50-0 (Lowell Street), 7-3-0 (446 Pleasant Street), 8-37-0 (Groton Street), 8-39- 0 (Pleasant Street, and 8-43-0 (Pleasant Street); and
2) Amending the Zoning Map to depict the areas to be included in the Solar Energy Overlay Zoning District.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place specified above. Complete text and map of the proposed amendments
to the Zoning Bylaw may be viewed at the Dunstable Town Hall, Office of the Board of Selectmen, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, between the hours
of 10:00 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday or by appointment.
