Dunstable Hearing on New House in Wetlands Buffer Zonw

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

   At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 6:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to construct a four (4) bedroom single-family house with septic system, driveway, and well at 28 Hardy Street (Map 21-23-2).  Proposed work is within the 100-foot buffer zone of the wetlands.  Application submitted by and property owned by Jamie & Eric Chenelle of 15 Hardy Street, Dunstable.  The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).  The RDA is on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.  Please call 978-649-4514 x230 for available hours.
