Dunstable ConCom Hearing on Wetland Boundaries, Lowell Road

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

   The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 6:40pm, to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) filed by Leo Dumont for property owned by Leo Dumont, Stephen Dumont and Kevin Dumont and located at 39 Lowell Street, Maps: 17-4-1, 17-6-0, 17-6-1 and 17-13-0 to confirm wetland boundaries delineated on the property and shown on accompanying plans. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).  Plans are available on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
