Dunstable ConCom Hearing on Replacement of Shed with Garage, Pond Street
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 6:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to install a 27’x27’ detached garage in place of the existing shed. Request submitted and property owned by Robert Hopke and located at 200 Pond Street, Map 18, Lot 29A-0. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).
