Dunstable ConCom Hearing on New Home Construction, Hardy Street

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

    The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 24, 2018 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 6:30pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Tully Homes, Inc. for property owned by Tully Homes and located at 54 Hardy Street - Map 20, Block 33, Lot 0.  The applicant proposes to construct a single family home with associated well, septic system, driveway and utilities within a wetland buffer zone.  This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
