PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 25, 2019 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 6:50pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Dunstable Water Department for properties owned by the Water Department-711 Main Street (Map 12-114-0), Conservation Commission-Main Street (Map 11-88-0) and the Town of Dunstable-Main Street (Map 12-115-0). The applicant proposes to make improvements to the existing gravel access road and piping at the municipal well site. Work will be within the Riverfront Area, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding (BLSF) and the 100-foot buffer zone. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
