Dunstable CC Hearing on Burned House Rubble Removal and Re-Grading

Public Hearing Notice

   At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 6:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to remove debris (including a foundation) from a burned house, stabilize, fill and regrade the area. Request submitted and property owned by the Dunstable Rural Land Trust and located at 389 Thorndike Street, Map 21, Lot 21-0. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended). The RDA is on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall. Please call 978-649-4514 x230 for available hours.
